Happy Monday everyone. Brian here with the blog tonight.
Our weather will remain pretty quiet over the next few days as we will stay mainly dry through Thursday or Friday, minus an isolated shower or storm in the mountains tomorrow.
Temperatures will be the big weather story over the next few days as highs reach the upper 80s. Toward the end of the week, temperatures will be closer to 80 degrees, but that is will above average for this time of year.
Here is a look at our temperature trend of this week.
While this week will be warm, it will not touch the record we set back in 1962. From May 14-20, 1962, there was a stretch of 7 consecutive days with record high temperatures set. Those temperatures were (starting on the 14th and ending on the 20th) 88, 91, 91, 91 92, 91, 89.
Like I mentioned above, we could see some scattered showers and storms returning toward the end of the week, especially this upcoming weekend. Here is your 7 day forecast.
Have a great night!
