Good Evening. Clouds and rain have dominated the late afternoon hours, but a little sunshine earlier today sent the mercury to 67 degree at the Tri-Cities Airport. That after a low of 46 with .08″ of rain so far for the day.
The latest satellite from NOAA shows our clouds, but also shows the clearing trend to our west.
We keep the chance of rain tonight as a cold front moves through the area. Take a look at the maps:
8 PM Tonight – Showers still possible.
Midnight Tonight: Rain ending – Clearing skies from west to east.
7 AM Wednesday – Sunny and chilly.
Wednesday Noon – Sunny skies with temperatures in the upper 50’s and lower 60’s.
High pressure will dominate the area through Thursday providing sunshine and warmth to the region.
8 PM Wednesday Night – Clear skies and chilly.
Thursday afternoon will be sunny and warm. Notice the system to our north.
We watch a front move through early Friday. Snow will be possible to our northeast into West Virginia and points northeast,
7 AM Saturday – We will watch the next stronger system to our northwest that could bring a rain/snow mix to the area on Sunday.
