Hard Freeze Saturday Morning – The warming trend begins this weekend!

Friday, February 3, 2017 –

Happy Friday.  High pressure will dominate our area this weekend!  We will have a Hard Freeze tonight with low temperatures near 22 degrees.

Take a look at this satellite imagery from NOAA.  Notice how we area clear!


Take a look at this water vapor imagery from NOAA.  You can already see our next weather maker affecting the west.  This brings moisture to us on Monday into Tuesday.


Temperatures warm into early next week.


Here are the forecast maps for the weekend.

High pressure brings sunny skies and slightly warmer temperatures to the area Saturday.


Sunday will be sunny and warmer.


Skies will be mostly cloudy Monday with a slight chance of rain late.


Showers and a few storms will be possible Tuesday.


Rain is back int eh area early next week!
