Roller Coaster of temperatures continues with storms early Saturday morning.

Good afternoon – We certainly have seen a lot of clouds and scattered showers today.  Get ready for big weather changes over the next several days!

Temperatures will climb into the 70’s the next two days!  Enjoy the warmth because we turn cold late Saturday into Sunday!

We keep clouds with a chance of showers tonight through early Thursday,

8 PM Tonight – Cloudy and mild with a few spotty showers.

8 AM Thursday – Look for a mix of sun and clouds.  Temperatures stay mild.

Noon Thursday – Sun and clouds with a slight chance of a shower.

5 PM Thursday – Partly cloudy skies and mild.

We focus our attention on the Ohio Valley Thursday and Friday.  There will be a possibility for some strong storms Thursday.

As a strong cold front pushed across the Ohio and Tennessee Valley on Friday, the threat for strong to severe thunderstorms will increase with the possibility for hail and damaging winds and a few tornadoes.

You can see that cold front as it moves east and southeast.  This will also allow us to warm to 77 degrees on Friday which would break the old record of 72 degrees set in 1982.

Friday afternoon will be partly cloudy and mild.  It looks like a beautiful afternoon.

7 PM Friday Night – Notice the cold front moving in from the west.  we will watch a line of strong to severe thunderstorms along and just ahead of the front.  Much colder air comes in behind the front.

Saturday 5 AM – The front will bring us the chance of showers and thunderstorms early Saturday morning.

Saturday 11 PM – The cold air will move into the area with a possibility for light snow or flurries especially across the higher elevations.

Midnight Saturday – A few snow flurries will be possible in the mountains.

We wil see partly cloudy skies with slightly warmer air on Monday with highs back to the 60’s on Tuesday.
