Rain Wednesday with highs in the low to middle 70’s on Friday!

Tuesday, February 21, 2017 –

Good Evening.  Mild temperatures prevailed across the region this afternoon with an increase in clouds.  The good news, the mild weather will continue into Friday.


We have rain in the forecast tonight and tomorrow.

You can see the storm system on this satellite imagery from NOAA.


8 PM Tonight – Showers move into the area from the west.


Midnight Tonight – Clouds and rain likely.


8 AM Wednesday – Clouds and rain


Noon Wednesday – cloudy skies with scattered showers.


6 PM Wednesday – Mostly cloudy skies with a few spotty showers possible.


Take a look at the rainfall potential through 2 AM Thursday.  Most will see a quarter to a half an inch of rain.


Friday will give way to a mix of sun and clouds with mild temperatures.  We could see a few late day thunderstorms in advance of a cold front.

Friday 8 AM – A mix of sun and clouds.


Friday 11 PM – You see the cold front to our west which will increase rain chances late Friday into Saturday.
