Southeast Drought Continues – Any Relief In Sight?

Happy Thursday everyone! Brian back with the blog today. It’s no secret that we need rainfall. Our yearly deficit keeps growing day-by-day, and right now it’s around five and a half inches. The worst of the drought is to our south, but we are seeing some dry areas locally, especially in northeast TN and western NC. Our forecast over the next few days won’t be changing very much – sunny, warm, and dry. Something worth watching next week is a cold front that will move through.
