3 Kingsport City Schools opening 2 hours late due to power outage

Kingsport City School officials say 3 schools are on a 2 hour delay this morning.

Jefferson Elementary, Robinson Middle School and Dobyns-Bennett High School will be on a two-hour delay today, November 1st due to a power outage.
Kingsport City Schools says that students on buses will be returned home or brought to the schools and supervised.
