Caramel Apple Salad as seen on News Channel 11 at Noon

The following recipe yields 6 servings


1 small package of sugar free butterscotch pudding mix (dry)

3 cups chopped or shredded apples ( I used Fuji)

1 8 oz can crushed pineapple in its own juice

8 oz Cool Whip fat-free sugar free

1 cup miniature marshmallows



Mix everything together and let sit at least one hour in refrigerator
