GREENEVILLE, TN (WJHL) – A Bristol, Tenn. man was sentenced Wednesday in Greeneville federal court after pleading guilty back in April to producing child pornography.
According to a federal court news release, David Earl Taylor, 50, was sentenced by Judge J. Ronnie Greer to serve 235 months in prison.
Taylor was ordered to remain on supervised release by the U.S. Probation Office for the rest of his life, to comply with special sex offender conditions of supervised release, to register with state sex offender registries, pay $100 special assessment and pay restitution to the victim of his offense.
According to the plea agreement, Taylor used a minor to engage in sexually explicit conduct in order to produce child pornography in 2014.
Agencies involved in the investigation included Bristol, Tenn. Police Department and the FBI.
