JCPD Charge Two in Drug Investigation

JOHNSON CITY, TN (WJHL) – Two people have been arrested after a complaint about illegal narcotics activity, according to Johnson City police.

Investigators say that 33-year-old Christy Holland and 37-year-old Jermaine Crockett were both arrested and transported to the Washington County Detention Center.

Holland was charged with “maintaining a dwelling where narcotics or dangerous drugs are kept or sold,” possession of methamphetamine, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony and unlawful drug paraphernalia. Crockett was charged with theft of property.

According to police, Holland is being held in lieu of a $31,000 bond and Crocket has a $1,000 bond.

Both are scheduled to appear in court on Thursday, October 27 at 1:30 PM.
