ROGERSVILLE, TN (WJHL) – Rogersville’s 37th annual Heritage Days kicked off Friday with the Rogersville City School parade, the children’s parade as well as a cruise through downtown, over 100 cars hit the pavement.
The weekend includes plenty of arts and crafts, shopping and food. The theme this year: “Rogersville is home to me.”
“The crowd gets to walk around town and see each other, greet each other, lots of people come in just for this weekend and a lot of people out from out in the community come in so it’s just a homecoming, that’s all you can say,” Executive Director of the Chamber of Commerce, Nancy Barker said.
Opening ceremonies start Saturday morning at 10 and the festival goes through Sunday.
