Johnson City police search for suspect connected to 23 cases involving cloned credits cards

JOHNSON CITY, TN (WJHL) – The Johnson City Police Department needs your help identifying a man connected to 23 cases of identity fraud and using stolen data of credit card users in the Tri-Cities.

One of the images of the man was taken at a local department store located on North Roan Street.

The images were taken on September 24 after 9:00 a.m.

The suspect has been to several businesses in and around Johnson City using information obtained through credit cards.

The victims in each case had the credit card In their possession, but it’s not known how or where their card data was stolen.
