BRISTOL, VA (WJHL) – Bristol, VA City Attorney Pete Curcio is resigning from his position effective December 1.
According to the city, Curcio will continue to serve as the Bristol, Virginia IDA.
Curcio has served the city for more than 30 years and plans on returning to practicing general law.
The city said in a release, “Mr. Curcio has been a valuable asset to the City and will be missed. We wish him well in his future endeavors.”
City officials say city council will hold a meeting later this month to discuss filling the City Attorney position.
