JONESBOROUGH, TN (WJHL) – The 44th annual National Storytelling Festival in Jonesborough is underway.
People from across the nation are in Tennessee’s oldest town for the three day celebration.
Organizers said the festival features stories for all ages.
One attendee said she has come back year after year and still remembers past stories.
“I take it home with me, and I relive it during the year. And I even retell some of the funny things,” said Sidney Wooten.
The festival continues Sunday.
