GREENSBORO, N.C. (AP) – President Barack Obama is returning to North Carolina to show his support for Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton in the presidential campaign’s final month.
Clinton’s campaign says the president will speak on her behalf at a Greensboro public event on Tuesday October 11 and urge people to vote early.
This announcement comes after first lady Michelle Obama campaigned for Clinton in Charlotte and Raleigh.
Clinton and Trump have both hit the campaign trail hard over the past couple of weeks.
Clinton and Trump will participate in the second presidential debate on Sunday October 9, 2016.
The debate will be held at Washington University in St.Louis and it will be moderated by Martha Raddatz, the Chief Global Affairs Correspondent and con-Anchor of “This Week” on ABC, and CNN Anchor Anderson Cooper
