GOODLETTSVILLE, TN (WJHL) – Dollar General says it is looking to hire thousands of new employees. Within the next month, DG plans to hire 10,000 people to support store openings and fill current vacancies for full-time and part-time positions.
To support the goal, about 600 hiring events will take place through September 24 where interested applicants may meet with local store managers.

Dollar General operates more than 13,000 stores. Some of the positions DG is looking to fill includes, managers, assistant store managers, lead sales associates and store associates for permanent roles.
