CLEVELAND, OH (WJHL) – Congressional District One delegate Kent Harris is currently at the RNC in Cleveland, Ohio.

News Channel 11 spoke with him via phone to hear more about what he has seen. Harris said there are over 100 protestors involved.

“People were burning the American flag and trying to throw urine on police officers,” Harris said.

He said that it’s the most active day of protesting he’s seen so far at the RNC but that he still feels safe. He said he has not had trouble getting in and out of the convention and that the protestors are a few blocks away.
