Washington, D.C. (WJHL) – The National Memorial Day Parade has some Northeast Tennessee flavor this year.
Both the Greeneville High School and Unicoi County High School marching bands showed off their skills in the nation’s capital, on the day the country pauses to honor those died in service to our country.
The parade commemorated its 12th year, as veterans, marching bands, and entertainers made their way along Constitution Avenue, drawing thousands of spectators to the National Mall.
