Grand jury indicts Telford man on burglary charges

WASHINGTON COUNTY, TN (WJHL) – A Telford man was indicted by a Washington County grand jury last week on multiple charges, following a burglary at West View Elementary School.

According to a WCSO news release, Kyle D. Greenwell, 33, was indicted after an investigation into a burglary at the elementary school on April 22 around 3:30 a.m.

Greenwell was arrested by Friday morning by deputies assigned to the school resources unit.

He was charged with one count of burglary, theft under $500 and vandalism.

Greenwell was taken to the Washington County Detention Center, where he was being held on $10,000 bond.

He was scheduled to appear in Criminal Court July 25 at 9 a.m.
