Clarks Creek, TN (WJHL) – This same time last year the campground at Clarks Creek warned people to stay away due to an increase in bear activity. Unfortunately they are having to do the same thing again this year.

Clarks Creek is located off Highway 107 in Washington County, about halfway between Jonesborough and Greeneville.

Clarks Creek is part of the Cherokee National Forest, and the U.S. Forestry service provided some tips on how to deal with bears on their website.
