JOHNSON CITY (WJHL) – Memorial Park Community Center is hosting two events that are sure to please the women in your lives.
On Saturday, May 7, you’re invited to take your mom to the Mother’s Day Tea. Light refreshments will be served. The cost is $5 per person. The one hour event kicks off at 10:00.

Memorial Park Community Center also invites girls of all ages to wear their prettiest princess dresses and attend the Princess Ball from 1-3 p.m. on Saturday, May 14.
Participants will enjoy the movie “Brave,” crafts and light refreshments.
Special guests will include Merida (2-3 p.m.) and the newly crowned Miss Tennessee (1-3 p.m.).
Princesses can also have their hair and makeup done at the event.
This event is a great way for mothers, grandmothers, or guardians to enjoy a day with the special girls in their lives.
Cost is $5 for children and $2 for adults; children 3 and younger are free. Tickets are available at MPCC and must be purchased in advance.
