2016 Arbor Day Festival

Nationally, Arbor Day is observed on the last Friday in April. However, in Johnson City, a very special Arbor Day celebration is taking place this Saturday at the Carver Recreation Center. It’s a festival to  honor the role, function, and beauty of trees and bushes. It’s a full day of educational programs, activities, and experiences for the entire family. Maureen Mulroy is here to help us understand more about the importance of Arbor Day. For more, visit their website.
