Tennessee surveys supporters during Neyland renovation study

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (AP) – Tennessee athletic director Dave Hart has sent an email asking fans to participate in an online survey about Neyland Stadium as the school conducts a renovation study.

The email Hart sent Tuesday says the survey includes questions ranging from general impressions of the stadium to preferences about seating options. Tennessee athletic department spokesman Ryan Robinson said Wednesday the email was sent to “ticket purchasers, donors and other supporters of UT Athletics.”

The Knoxville News-Sentinel first reported the email.

Tennessee officials announced in January they had were beginning a comprehensive renovation study for the stadium, which has a capacity of 102,455. Hart’s email said the study places “particular emphasis on the south and east sides of the venue while considering prudent changes in other areas, as necessary and attainable.”
