JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (WJHL)- A fight between neighbors sent one man to the hospital Sunday morning.
According to the Johnson City Police Department, at 11:00 a.m., officers responded to the area of 608 N. Roan St. in reference to shots being fired.
Police say 32-year-old Todd Adam Moore shot a victim in the left arm after an ongoing neighbor dispute at the apartment complex.
Moore fled the scene on foot prior to the shooting, but was located a short time later. Officers say he was hiding under the interstate overpass close to the location where the shooting occurred.
Moore was charged with Aggravated Assault and was transported to the Washington County Detention Center, where he is being held in lieu of a $50,000 bond. Arraignment is set for April 4th at 9:00 a.m. in Washington County General Sessions Court.
The victim was transported to the Johnson City Medical Center to receive treatment for his injury, which was not life threatening.
