BRISTOL, TN- Vehicles of all shapes and sizes filled the lot at the Bristol Dragway Saturday as Thunder Valley kicked off its season with the first Street Fights of the year.
“The ways things are looking so far, this could be the largest Street Fight we’ve ever had,” said Bristol Dragway Director Brandon Cross. “We’ve been looking forward to this, been working on it all season long. Can be a motorcycle, can be a fast car, could be Mom’s minivan. Can be anything, that’s what’s fun about it. It really is unique because it’s really open for anybody to watch and to participate in.”
The ‘Run What You Brung’ event allows anyone with a street-legal vehicle to race on the drag strip for $10. All street-legal vehicles, from minivans, cars and motorcycles can compete at the Street Fights. There are 13 Street Fights throughout the year, running through August.
