Dion Flack the Johnson City man charged with vehicular homicide by intoxication, leaving the scene of a crash involving death, driving on a suspended license and failure to provide insurance stemming from the death of Angela Williams, was in court today.
Johnson City police said Flack was driving on Railroad Street when he hit someone who was in the road around 6 p.m. on Dec. 1.
According to a court document, Flack returned to the crash scene and then left.
“At that time he proceeded to his residence and made no attempt to contact the police,” according to the court document.
Flack told investigators that he drank eight or nine quarts of beer and some liquor during the day.
Flack will be back in court on April 11th.
