Johnson City police confirmed Tuesday morning that Eric “Colby” Griffith was found safe. Griffith had been missing since Wednesday after his mother, who was concerned for his safety, reported that she had not seen him.

JOHNSON CITY, TN (WJHL) – Kimberly Ward says that her some Eric “Colby” Griffith has been missing since last Wednesday when he borrowed her car and she is very concerned he may not be safe.
Ward says the Colby went to the Walmart on Browns Mill Road but never returned home that night.
“Maybe he did meet up with somebody and they harmed him and took my car. We’ve even been to the Walmart parking lot to see if my car was still there. Maybe someone harmed him, I mean everything has gone through my head “, says Griffith’s mother Kimberly Ward.
Johnson City police have confirmed that they have advised their officers to be on the lookout for Wards car.
Griffith is driving a white 2008 Honda Accord EX and police ask if you have any clues that could lead them to the whereabouts of Griffith to please contact them as soon as possible by calling 911.
