#WJHLvotes: 2016 TN/VA Presidential Primary information, precinct locations

TRI-CITIES, TN (WJHL) – Tennesseans and Virginians will head to the polls Tuesday to cast their vote in the 2016 Presidential Primary election.

The following is state voting information and links to county election commissions from around the Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia regions.

To vote in Tuesday’s election, you’ll need to know what to bring with you to the polls.

The following link is from the Tennessee Secretary of State website on what ID is required when voting: http://sos.tn.gov/products/elections/what-id-required-when-voting.

Virginians voting in tomorrow’s primary election, click here to see what you’ll need in order to fill out your ballot.

Polls in Tennessee will open at 8 a.m. and will close at 8 p.m.

Polls in Virginia will open at 6 a.m. and will close at 7 p.m.
