GREENE COUNTY, TN (WJHL) – Greene County officials said a rock slide happened on Highway 70 South in the county Tuesday.
Greene County EMA Director Bill Brown said the rock slide happened just before 7 p.m., but added that no vehicles were damaged and said no one was injured.
The rock slide did cause one lane on Highway 70 to be shutdown temporarily, but the lane has since reopened.
Brown said engineers are expected to survey the road tomorrow morning.
