TRI-CITIES (WJHL) – Pal’s Sudden Service may be famous here in the Tri-Cities for their frenchie fries, cheddar rounds and tea, but the fast food chain has now caught the eye of the Harvard Business Review.
On Jan. 26, the HBR reviewed our local eatery’s ability to keep costs low and provide great service.
The review reported that customers spend on average 18 second at the order window and only 12 seconds at the hand out window.
The article, titled “How One Fast-Food Chain Keeps Its Turnover Rates Absurdly Low,” said Pal’s is four times faster than the second fastest quick serve restaurant in the U.S. and said Pal’s only makes one mistake every 3,600 orders.
