(CNN) – Senator Marco Rubio is tackling the controversy over his personal use of a Republican party charge card.
The Republican Presidential candidate from Florida released two years of collected credit card statement.
Rubio does admit to using the Florida Republican party credit card for personal expenses, but he says he re-paid those purchases.
The largest personal charge made by the candidate was for new flooring that cost more than $35,000.
Rubio says he used the wrong credit card when he made the purchase, but that he paid for the charges in the next billing period.
