Most Wanted Roundup; 5 suspects captured

TRI-CITIES, TN (WJHL) – Monday’s campaign to get crime off the streets has resulted in five arrests.

Tuesday Morning, the Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office told News Channel 11, Casey Bays and Billy Ellis were captured following our blitz. The details of their arrest have not been released to the public at this time. Ellis was wanted on an aggravated burglary charge and Bays was wanted on charges of fugitive from justice and failure to appear.

One of the suspects, Dustin Harrell, turned himself in after seeing his mugshot featured on WJHL. He is wanted in Washington County, TN on charges of violation of probation and aggravated animal cruelty.

Around 6:00 p.m., John Sims was picked up by Sullivan County deputies after a viewer called in a tip.

A few minutes into our 5:00 p.m. broadcast, tips from the public came in on the whereabouts of Lorie Burchette. She was taken in by the Washington County Sheriff’s Office Monday evening. She was wanted on theft of over $1000 and violation of probation: Watch video of her arrest below or click here to watch:
