ABINGDON (WJHL) – A Southwest Virginia festival is wrapping up its 67th year.
The annual Virginia Highlands Festival has brought vendors from across the region to Historic Abingdon for the past week. At the festival, you can find food, art, antiques, music, and more.
“You get everything in the world, there’s all kinds of vendors here. You can choose anything you want, and I wouldn’t give it up for the world. It’s been wonderful, the people are wonderful, and it’s a great place to be,” said Linda Hoagland, a vendor from Tazewell, Virginia.
The festival ends Sunday, but Hoagland said she plans to come back to the festival for its 68th year.
