Falling tree kills passing motorist

Johnson City-(WJHL)  A falling tree hit and car, killing its driver on Saturday.  The accident happened near Ashland, Virginia.  According to authorities the tree broke in half and fell onto the westbound car driven by 50 year old Robin M. Adams, who was pronounced dead at the scene.  An eastbound SUV was also hit, the driver was taken to a local hospital.  That person’s name has not been released.
