Bristol, Tn. police looking for Hardee’s armed robbery suspect

Bristol, Tennessee police said they are looking for a man who robbed a fast-food restaurant at gun point.

Detectives said it happened Monday around 9:30 P.M. at Hardee’s, 1313 Volunteer Parkway.

Police said employees reported a white man came into the business, wearing Khaki pants and long sleeve shirt, with his face and head covered by a scarf.  Police said, he was wearing gloves and was armed with a handgun.

According to a Bristol Police news release, no one was injured during the robbery.

The suspect was said to have been around 5-foot-7 to 5-foot-8 inches tall and weighed around 150 pounds.

Detective said the robber told the two employees to put the money in a bag, and then fled the store on foot.

A K9 tracked the suspect to the area of Shelby Ln, detectives told News Channel 11.  Residents there reported seeing a 4-door silver car sitting in the road there with no lights on, according to police.
