JCPD arrest man for allegedly trying to break into ex’s home

JOHNSON CITY, TN (WJHL) – On June 21st Johnson City Police officers arrested Christopher R. Walker, 29, on charges of domestic vandalism and attempted burglary.

The arrest stemmed from an incident after officers responded to a 911 call of a disturbance at the home of Walker’s ex-girlfriend. Officers found Walker allegedly attempted to force himself inside the home.

Police also say Walker allegedly vandalized a car belonging to a family member of his ex-girlfriend.

Walker is being held in the Washington County Detention Center on $11,000 bond.
