Emergency shelters to open in Greeneville/Greene Co.

The Greeneville/Greene County Office of Emergency Management and Homeland Security want to make sure people have a place to go should severe weather strike.

Emergency Management Office Director Bill Brown said shelters located at Opportunity House, 203 N. Irish St., Debusk Volunteer Fire Department, 599 Debusk Road and Mosheim Volunteer Fire Department, 7700 W. Andrew Johnson Highway, will open at 6 p.m.
