No cost, no strings,
“We don’t do registration, just come and join us.” Said Children’s Program Director Ashlee Williams
Ashlee Jensen is the mother of 3.
“We come as often as often as we can.   The activities are great.” Said Amy Jensen.
On this day, the activity is a Gingerbread house.  The Jensens are one of nearly 30 families that will come to the library in one of two Pre school sessions each week.
“To be around others, to know how to share”
That eagerness is what  has kept Ashlee Williams going,  She’s led this program for 11 years.
” I now have students driving, bringing their younger students to the library.
For the Jensen,’ the program is the perfect recipe for learning.
The fun is icing on the cake
“There’s a love of reading that wasn’t there before”
The library will not host classes next Tuesday and Wednesday. They will return on December 30th.   Other classes include an after school reading program and Lego engineering program.  For more information check out the library’s Facebook page.>
