 Good afternoon!

This is Sara Diamond in the News Channel 11 newsroom.  We’re busy working several stories you’ll see on today’s newscasts.

The long-awaited Tweetsie Trail is open, and many people are enjoying the trek from Elizabethton to Johnson City.  We’ll have a live report from there.

And, find out if a group of road workers who were fired by an interim highway commissioner will get their jobs back.  We were at the meeting, and let you know what, if anything was decided.

Those stories, plus your Storm Team forecast, and the day’s sports news.

Hope you’ll join us today beginning at 5pm!
