Bristol’s Steele Creek Park celebrates 50 years

A popular park in our region celebrates a milestone this year. Steele Creek turns 50.

As part of the celebration, every Thursday evening in June Steele Creek Park will host a family movie night.

Movie nights begin Thursday, June 5. Children’s activities begin at 5:30 pm and the movie begins at dusk.

On Friday, June 6 the official kick-off of the 50th anniversary begins at 6:00 pm featuring activities for the kids, hot dogs, cake, cotton candy and music by Lightin’Charlie at 7:00 pm.

On Saturday, June 7 at 10:00 am the fun continues with children’s activities all day. Other activities will be announced later.
