JOHNSON CITY, TN (WJHL) –A new charge was filed Thursday against the man accused of killing a student and injuring 3 others outside a Johnson City restaurant.
Police said Jamarcus Jackson, 24, used a stolen gun during the shooting Sunday morning outside The Battery, 601 Spring Street.

Jackson was arrested at the scene of the shootings and charged with second degree murder for the death of DeShaun Greer, a King University student. Jackson was charge with attempted second degree murder for wounding of Greer’s brother Jamie.
Also Thursday, Police released the names of the two other shooting victims. They were identified as Zachary Breedlove of Jonesborough and Jonathan McInturff of Kingsport.
Police said Jackson stole the gun last September, so he’s now charged with possession of stolen property.
Jackson’s bond was raised $5,000 to $205,000.
He was scheduled to be back in court on April 1 at 1:30 p.m.
