Have you ever heard of Paying It Forward?  It's a wonderful act that brightens someone else's day.  We've decided to start our own movement here in the Tri-Cities.  Have a look at my story.  It will put a smile on your face!

And, ETSU has hired Britney Ezell as the new women's basketball coach.

Join us for these stories, plus your Storm Team Weather with Mark Reynolds, and sports with Kenny Hawkins.  See you beginning at 5pm on News Channel 11!
